All donations made to Mo Endemik are voluntary. By making a donation, you confirm that you are choosing to contribute voluntarily and that the information provided in connection with the donation is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Non-refundable donations

Donations made to Mo Endemik are non-refundable. Once a donation has been successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

Please make sure that the amount and payment details are correct before completing your donation.

Payment processing

Donations may be processed through third-party payment providers. Where applicable, payment information is handled directly by the relevant payment provider according to its own terms and policies.

Use of donations

Donations may be used to support activities and expenses connected with Mo Endemik’s conservation, propagation, nursery and awareness work relating to Mauritius’ native and endemic flora.

Payment errors

If you believe that a payment has been made in error, or that a technical issue has resulted in an incorrect charge, please contact us as soon as possible at policy@moendemik.org.

We may review the circumstances of a reported payment error and contact the relevant payment provider where necessary.
